Shipping, Exchanges, Cancellations


If your purchase is not working for you, you may notify us and return the item at your expense with 10 business days of receiving the order (Not included with limited release items). Any returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking Fee.

Why we charge a restocking fee? Our Credit card processing company charges a fee for every transaction processed. Even if we refund you the initial charge, we still are charged a fee. 

Merchandise may be exchanged with an original sales receipt when the items are:

  • Unworn, in original condition;
  • Returned with price tags still attached (if the returned item is apparel or accessories); 
  • Returned in their original undamaged box (if the returned item is footwear); and
  • Returned within 10 days* of the original purchase.

Returned items may be exchanged or you may opt for store credit. 


We reserve the right to limit exchanges.


  • Any order for a limited release item with a launch or drop cannot be canceled.


 Orders are typically processed 24-48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays
  • Orders ship via UPS Monday, Wednesday, and Friday excluding holidays
  • In the event of a returned packaged, the customer is responsible for any additional fees
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information may experience delayed shipping times
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days for all domestic orders
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks for all international orders
  • For international orders, customers will be responsible for any duty or customs fees
