Use dry for daily maintenance, or use with our RTU Hat Cleaner for a deeper clean. When used with solution, rinse with water, shake, stand brush upright and allow to air dry.

EXCHANGE POLICY

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS**

If your purchase is not working for you, you may notify us and return the item at your expense with 10 business days of receiving the order (Not included with limited release items). Any returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking Fee.

Why we charge a restocking fee? Our Credit card processing company charges a fee for every transaction processed. Even if we refund you the initial charge, we still are charged a fee. 

Merchandise may be exchanged with an original sales receipt when the items are:

  • Unworn, in original condition;
  • Returned with price tags still attached (if the returned item is apparel or accessories); 
  • Returned in their original undamaged box (if the returned item is footwear); and
  • Returned within 10 days* of the original purchase.
  • In the event of a returned packaged, the customer is responsible for shipping item back to Eight One. Eight One will not provide a return label.
  • Returned items may be exchanged or you may opt for store credit. 

We reserve the right to limit exchanges.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed 24-48 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Minor shipping delays may occur after a limited product launch.  
  • Eight One is not responsible for damage to packages that occur during shipping and handling by our couriers
  • Orders ship via UPS Monday, Wednesday, and Friday excluding holidays
  • In the event of a returned packaged, the customer is responsible for shipping item back to Eight One. Eight One will not provide a return label. 
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information may experience delayed shipping times
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days after shipping for all domestic orders
  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks after shipping for all international orders
  • For international orders, customers will be responsible for any duty or customs fees

IN STORE PICK UP

We process online orders sequentially as they are received and we typically process within 24-48 hours after the order is received (not including Sundays and holidays). Once your order is ready, you will receive an automated email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. You can pick up your order anytime during our normal business hours of 12-7pm M-Sat. Please note orders might experience a slight delay in processing for limited release product.
